This sucks

I woke up this morning and saw with fear that the gas price have shot through the roof even higher than before. As if it wasn’t enough? People have already started abandon their cars etc, some poor souls try to sell theirs but with no success. I fear the society will fall due to this. I mean, people who work in the cities and live on the countryside will have a really hard time, according the news many people have already quit their jobs.

And how does this affect me? In many ways but not as hard and dramatic as for those who have a real job. I’m in walking distance to my school so the only thing I’ve really noticed is the prices on oil based products and the abandoned cars parked all over the city.

I also guess I should introduce myself since this is the first time I’m writing a full post on this blog. My name is Nemil Ylén and I’m a regular 17 years old student. My main interests are video games and friends.

Food for everybody!

Hello everyone, tonight at 6:30 we will have meeting with the neighbors. We're eight households who will talk a bit about how we should do with the food  problems. Everyone needs food of course, so we thought of taking out a schedule to buying food for all households. It is suggested that we should have a weekly schedule, so that one household at the time make sure that everyone gets food for one week. I know the Olsson family has it a bit difficult to get food so I hope it will work out for them and everyone else.

You can really feel the difference what it is like now compared to how it was before the oil crisis came. Before I would not even bothered if if any of my neighbors had a problem, none of us four had been talking with our neighbors before this occurred, now we’re all like a family and wathing out for eachother.

I wonder how it will be between us neighbors when everything has dissolved with the oil. If that ever will happen…

Now it's time for me to go home. Enough writing in school for today. If anyone have some questions or something special you want to find out. Get in touch with us!

Necessities in the moment

For the last couple of days we've been very disciplined doing things in a responsible way, for example me and Emil have been creating this map. Right now it's full of dots of different colors with important places that you should know if you move here or maybe just visiting. We'll fill it up with more dots but at the moment it's just the important places that you'll need to know. Like the green dots is for places where you could get food. The grocery stores are still open, but only the really wealthy can go there so they wont be open for long. Although we cant buy groceries in the store we de have a good place to buy vegetables and eggs and potatoes and stuff like that. Every saturday they come in with a car to the town-square and they sell fresh things for a really good price. Though you have to be there early so you'll get some wares, since there is a limited supply. And especially now when we've been experienced a cold "russian" winter like this it's really hard for the farmers to get here to sell stuff for us.

The purple dots are also important. But those are more for safety. Those dots, places, are the most known burglar positions where people get mugged all the time and lose all their belongings. You should always take a longer route around those places if you are heading a direction where you have to go through there. ALWAYS...

And finally the red dot is where we live. We are four people living in a small apartment but thats how it is nowadays, since none of us can make the rent with the oil prices are through the roof. We've moved into emil's apartment and we are sharing almost everything.

Thank you for reading our blog we'll keep you updated on our post apocalyptic journey ;)

A very sad day..

As you know Conrad was in charge of this blogg but a terrible accident happend the other day. It was a dark night, almost too dark. When Conrad were on his daily bicycle route and a horrible thing happend. He wasnt wearing any reflex and the road was non-plowed but still that grumpy old bastard wanted to make it home. So we can understand that the road was not that easy to get along with, and unfortunately he was not alone on the road... A stolen Ferrari at the speed of 200 kph (kilometers per hour) were closing in on poor old Conrad and he wasn't in the best shape at that time, the timing couldnt have been worse. He got a stroke in his right arm and lost all control of the bike and headed straight for the middle of the road. And of course, the fast driving ferrari didn't notice the old man biking in the middle of the night without a reflex. The car hit poor Conrad and he died instantly but the driver got nothing more than a dent on the car. The driver was shocked and stopped the car, so the police managed to catch up and capture the thief atleast.

But right now you probably think "who is writing all this stuff then?" Well i'll explain it all. After Conrad passed away, the government wanted Conrads blogg to still be alive for the people to read because it was so recognized by the people. So they wanted someone or some people to take it in Conrads place. And that's us! We are four students living in Enköping. I think we will introduce ourselves a bit more in the next post and have a minute's silence for Conrad. Cya xoxo

My relatives..

I miss my relatives, it was a very very long time since i saw any of them. mom. dad. my sister and brother. They all emigrated to Fuji 5 years ago .. i really miss them but i can't visit them, the plane tickets are extremely high and if I were to work 2 years without sleeping i still would'nt be able to afford it. The only one left in my country is my brother, but i havent talked to him in about eleven years from today. My brother is immensely rich, but also extremely stingy. He would'nt even bother coming to visit me even though that he is one of the richest men in the country. I really wanna get close contact with him again, i'm just so sad that i could'nt predict this. Well of to work then I guess, over and out.

I hate this problem :C

Today the news finally announced the terrible news and confirmed that it will be a horrible future,  I thought it was just a fat bunch of rumors at first. but now, at this very moment me and everybody related to me will have trouble traveling because our income is below average..

Hello fellow haters!

This oil crisis is driving me nuts, the prices are sky high at the moment and with my sucky job I can't afford the money to drive a car anymore. MY LIFE SUCKS. It's really hard to get to work, you know I live on the countryside 57 miles outside town and it's really a pain every morning. My muscles aches all the fucking time and it doesnt get any better that everybody in traffic glares at you with red colored devil eyes. Since they have to get to work by car-pooling with peolpe they don't like or cycling like a maniac because of waking up an hour late aswell. If the "oh so almighty and superior" goverment people doesn't come up with a solution to this very annoying problem people will go MENTAL!
